Wedding Details...Part Three...My Bridesmaid Luncheon

My wonderful bridesmaid luncheon took place the Friday before our wedding. We dined on chicken salad, fruit salad with poppy seed dressing, a sweet muffin, and a fabulous strawberry shortcake cake. We drank pink champagne punch from an old recipe the resort has served as their signtare drink for about 50 years. For a special touch, I found old pictures of each of my bridesmaids and other guests and we used them as their place card. The girls loved the funny pictures I had dug out from everything from my 3 year old birthday party to freshman year of college! We did a charm pull where each girl picked a charm from the cake with a special fortune just for them. I wore a peachy pink strapless dress from Laundry and my beautiful girls were decked out in their cute sundresses. We had a wonderful time and I hope you enjoy the pictures!

The unique centerpiece our wedding coordinator did. The tables where done in a square and this was in the middle. The pictures don't do it justice. It looked really beautiful in person!

The earrings were made for me by a friend of mine from Birmingham. She sells all kinds of jewelry and made them for me based off the colors and stones I told her. I can put you in touch if you would like!
