I actually once made Greek yogurt from plain yogurt and then made the tzatziki (cucumber sauce from it).
Beauty tip re-Greek yogurt: it's GREAT for sunburns. When my dad was a kid in Greece, that is what they used and now Korres (at Sephora) uses it as a part of their sun-care line. I haven't tried Korres yet myself, but I'll bet it's pretty amazing.
ps. Have you tried the cherry yet? The greek food store in Astoria has a whole case devoted just to Fage yogurt - so many different flavors!

Mmmm, I love Fage with honey or blueberries. And the Bobbi concealer is fantastic when your undereye circles are making you look like a raccoon. Aaaaaand I LOVE Energy Glow because it doesn't have that rancid self-tanner smell!
