On The Lookout...

Hi friends! I'm looking for some the following, please let me know if you have any ideas:

1) A personalized tub/bucket to put Daisy's toys in. They are taking over our apartment!

2) A classy looking (but not too expensive) bulletin board for our kitchen. We have a stainless refrigerator and I can't put up my invitations.

3) A reasonably priced (this is a theme) desk chair to go with our new desk.

4) The perfect pair of winter boots for NYC.

5) A great pair of black flats (for under $100.00) for work and play.

to #1 the MACBETH COLLECTION has an *AWESOME* collection of containers & more~ you first pick the shape/size/style then you pick the covering~out of a huge assortment of *CUTE* patterns & then you can monogram, put an icon or name in the color of your choice.....soooooo cute, fun and sooo very addictive! great for getting yourself organized at work in style~there are soooo many pieces that I want to get....the combinations are endless....Hope that you like it & find something cute to keep the toys in! :)

You should consider a magnetic chalkboard with a decorative frame for the kitchen. I have a very large on that I wrote out my alma mater's football schedule on (got the idea from Cottage Living... a Southern Living Magazine). Hope this helps!

if you are up for browsing and getting great deals, there is a DSW down in union square (on the south end i think, where whole foods is) - my sister just got a pair of $150 peep toe tweed calvin klein flats for $30. and they have uggs there too - but pricey but they are in my opinion the best winter boot, but on slushy days i admit they are not so great. timberland has pretty decent boots.

We have the pottery barn linen tiles in our kitchen as a bulletin board and I love them - they also have chalk board tiles so you can mix and match!

We recieved a beautiful monogrammed silver "bucket" meant for ice and cold drinks on the patio from Williams Sonoma as a wedding gift. Since we are still in an apartment and have no need for it yet. It became a perfect toy bin for Hannahbelle's toys, it is a good height and looks nice in the living room.

Try www.pulpproducts.com for memory boards and cork boards. I just bought a memory board in periwinkle and put it in my kitchen - I love it! HTH!
