Blue Shoes and Cocktails

Hi friends! I hope everyone had a wonderful Labor Day break. We had a great time at my friends bachelorette party in the Keys! We went to a drag queen show is Key West (hilarious), a clothing optional bar (we behaved) and dinner here one night. We went out on the boat, got some sun and lots of girl talk and even went snorkeling out on a reef where we saw a few sea turtles, rays, lots of pretty fish, 4 Nurse sharks and a BULL shark. Scared the daylights out of me!
My friend is getting married the beginning of December and she wants her "something blue" to be blue shoes. Does anyone have any suggestions of designer blue shoes that would be perfect for this special occasion?

Also, her colors are white, green and gold and she is from the New Orleans/Baton Rouge area. She is looking for a great specialty cocktail to serve at the beginning of her reception. Her reception site will not allow anything red and she wants to stay away from anything too Christmas themed. Does anyone have any suggestions for her?

Christian Louboutin makes wedding shoes with blue soles instead of the red. I am fairly certain that Manolo makes or will special order blue for brides. They showed a pair in Town and Country a few years ago.

How about an apple martini?

Just curious but why do they not allow anything red?

What time of fish are those pretty things?

She really wants actual blue shoes, I told her about the Loubs already, but thanks! She can't have anything red so it won't stain. Her reception site is an old home and they have a lot of rules.
