3 Reasons...

...I Don't Have as Much Time to Blog

A's hours have been AWFUL these past two weeks. (He's getting home btwn 10pm-2am.) I told him either he was sending me home or sending my Mom or sister up here to help me. My sister arrived bright and early yesterday morning. =) I am so glad she is here and I feel better already. I was able to run out and get my eyebrows waxed and a mani/pedi today. It was DELIGHTFUL.

Baby J is four months old today. Time is going so quickly. I love him to pieces, but it is much easier when A's schedule isn't this bad. Thank goodness Aunt A is here! Since I don't have a ton of time to blog right now, I would love to take this time to answer a few questions you might have for me. I don't think I've done this is awhile. So, floor is open...ask away and I'll try to answer a few of your questions.

Hope everyone is doing great! Sweet dreams.

Baby J is so cute!

I do have a question for you, actually...

I lived in NYC for about 2 1/2 years and moved back South last year when I got engaged. Now married, my husband and I are thinking about moving back up to NYC in the next few years and staying there. What's NYC like from a married with children perspective? I think it would actually be easier to have children in NYC - everything is so easy to get or get to - but I would love to hear firsthand!

Oh MMM-he is adorable - look at that perfect complexion and those eyes!

Regarding motherhood, what has been the most unexpected thing that you had had to adjust to that maybe no one mentioned before you had the baby?

I know you made a list of things for the hospital - would you change any of that?

Baby J is ridiculously cute! Hopefully A will be home soon for longer periods of time. I struggle taking care of my demanding puppy when my DH is at work and count the hours till he gets home. Can't imagine what I will do with a baby!

Thank goodness for your sister! I'd like to know how you told your parents that you were expecting and if you plan to move back down south.

Adorable pictures!!! Here is a random question...did Daisy have any trouble adjusting to Baby J? I am not sure if you have blogged about that before!

Wow, what a surprise. The change looks fabulous!

Here's another question I just thought of: If you feel okay sharing, what is your favorite family heirloom or tradition and what's the story there?
