My husband's boss had a baby boy a few weeks ago and I really need to order something for him. What type of budget and gift do you think are the most appropriate? Any other ideas? Here are a few I came up with:
One bib, burp cloth and onesie from Spoil the Baby for $40.00
On Clearance in 12 months size for $22.95 plus $9.00 to monogram from Remember Nguyen.
Monogrammed Newborn Gown, Cap and Burp Cloth Gift Set from The Pink Giraffe for $42.00
Monogrammed Blue and Brown Dot Bib and Burp Cloth set from Laura Nicole Gifts for $32.00
Blue and Brown Dot Monogrammed Blanket and Bear from Laura Nicole Gifts for $26.00
12 cookies for $28.00 from A Dozen Eggs
Monogrammed receiving blanket from The Palm Gifts for $50.00?
Monogrammed Silver Pacifier Holder for $44.00 from The Palm Gifts

I like the Jon-jon the best! I think the other best option is a gift certificate to a great carry out place so that his wife doesn't have to worry about meals.
Forgot to mention---they most likely have a baby nurse and a chef--if you get my drift!
i like the burp cloth and onesie, and i also like the pacifier holder, but the toile receiving blanket was really cute too!
I like either the jon-jon or the pink and blue dot bib and burp cloth.
I love the little outfit and the pacifier holder. I think you could do those with the cookies even? I would guess they have plenty of blankets and burp clothes at this point so something different would be very welcomed and appreciated.
LOVE the Onesie and the Recieving blanket. Classic prep.
I love the outfit from The Pink Giraffe. So cute. All are great options.
check out www.atierney.com for wonderful baby gifts. they have personalized bibs, burps and pacifier straps.
So many people give clothing and blankets on the occasion of a birth. This mom likely has/will have many cute outfits for her son. I would go with something a little different like the cookies and/or pacifier holder. Of course, the monogrammed blankets ARE very nice!
