Confused about the "cochon de lait" thing - doesn't that translate as pig from milk?

I've been so busy that I just now checked back and saw this... I couldn't access that page, but did a google search and now know all about cochon de lait. Guess I'm more of a Yankee than I thought. Shame on me! :-)
